Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a German speaking Call Monitoring Officer.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring recorded calls on daily basis:
Provides feedback data to management in structured report form
Quality Assurance Performance
Quantity/Deadlines
Requirements:
Fluent in German, both oral and written
Writing proficiency in English
Experience in report preparation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Excel/Word
Great listener with attention to details
Critical thinker
Effectively prioritize urgent cases/multi-task in fast-paced team environment
Previous experience in same role will be considered as an advantage
Fast typing skills will be considered as an advantage.
The working hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary up to 1,500 Euros gross (dependent on skills and experience)
