Job Description

• Preparation of Cyprus Investment Programme and Permanent Residence applications;
• Assisting and supporting clients with all aspects connected to the above-mentioned application processes;
• Undertaking due diligence and preparing relevant reports and advising on matters related to the acquisition of immovable property and the applicable law and regulations;
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and preparing various agreements related to the acquisition of immovable property, powers of attorney and other legal documents;
• Provide legal advice to clients further to the review of clients’ agreements and/or transactions;
• Continuous monitoring of Contracts and Agreements if and when required;
• Where necessary to liaise and visit various governmental Authorities such as Land Registry Office, Tax Department, Migration Department etc;
• Maintaining organization of hard files and files on server;
• Undertaking any other relevant duties within the lawyer’s capacity;

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Cyprus lawyer.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, with sufficient exposure in all areas mentioned above.
• Experience dealing with immovable property transactions and immigration cases.
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek languages is essential. Russian language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
• Fast learner, motivated to expand their knowledge.
• Strong organisations skills.
• Professional and confident.
• Teamwork.
