Our client is an online gaming company with offices in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a dynamic experience candidates in the role of French-speaking Customer Support representatives.
Day to day responsibilities:
Respond to players via live chat & emails
Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing) to improve gameplay for players
Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations)
What is expected from you:
Passion for Customer Service
Solid writing and communication skills (in French & English
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong understanding of gaming
Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
