Main responsibilities:
- Manage an existing Client (B2B) portfolio
- Upsale of new products (payment solutions) to your portfolio
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clientele
- Provide service via phone, email and other channels to resolve the clients’ queries
Main requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience as an Account Manager/Sales in a Payment Provider/Broker side (dealing in payment area) minimum one year
- Make it happen personality who can get things done fast
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Negotiation, sales skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in other languages will be considered an advantage
