The position:
We are looking for passionate, creative and self-motivated professionals to join our Marketing team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Create, launch and evaluate marketing email campaigns
- Segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement, website interactions and database parameters
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
- Optimize templates to ensure responsive behavior for both mobile and desktop mail clients
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email lists
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions run via emails
- Manage all marketing related translations
- Competition analysis
- Build strategic relationships and partner with vendors and agencies
- QA and proofread all marketing material
- Keep all media channels up to date
- Offline events coordination
Main requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in marketing, business or in a relevant field
- Previous experience in online marketing
- Knowledge of HTML for e-mail template building
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics (lead nurturing, marketing automation, building segmentations and web analytics)
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
- Highly organized and multitasking
- Deadline oriented
- High attention to detail
- Agile and creative mindset
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent team working skills
